Great choice for Whitley Bay
A great location, a few steps from the beautiful beaches and coast in one directions and the shops, cafes and bars in the other. The Windsor staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is dog-friendly as are most of the shops, cafes, bars and beaches.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely overnight stay in family room very spacious clean quiet. We’ve stay at this hotel about four times now usually in double room for the the weekends but first time in a family so very happy our dog came with us which he enjoyed too

Can't recommend your hotel enough, great service especially the lady serving breakfast she is an asset to you, everything was clean and nothing too much trouble.This was our third stay with you and looking forward to the forth.

Lovely but tired
Lovely hotel .decent size rooms. Bathroom in need of upgrade but definatley satisfactory. Comfy bed, usual facilities included. Friendly staff. Very good location. Free parking.

A Nights stay
No complaints with the room for the price we paid large and clean,,however being at the front of the hotel a nightclub (Havana) is facing us, which didn't stop playing music until around 4am, so not much of a sleep,can't remember this being mentioned and if not it really should

We booked for a 4 day stay. Hotel rooms are basic but very warm and comfortable with everything you need.The staff are fantastic and very helpful.We would definitely stay at The Windsor again.

Enjoyable
Probably our 10th trip to the Windsor hotel in 24 months and our last as an unmarried couple as we get married in 7 weeks. The Windsor is special as it was our first destination for a break away after we met and we love the hotel and its location. Overall the hotel is a little tired around the edges
