Bazil is a contemporary, modern brasserie situated in the pretty North East coastal town of Whitley Bay, 10 miles east of Newcastle.

Adjoining the popular Windsor Hotel on South Parade, Bazil is by no means your regular hotel restaurant.

Serving an eclectic menu, Executive Chef Raymond Havilland and his team have gained fine credits and reviews.

Combining old and new methods of cooking with fantastic regional produce and good, fresh ingredients, the menu is complemented by a well-balanced wine list featuring the grapes of some of the best known vintners in the world.
