General Policy

Check in is from 1400 and check out is any time up to 1000 (an extension can be granted up to 1300 for an additional £30 but this is subject to availability - any time after this will be charged at full daily rate).The total value of your booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made within 24 hours prior to arrival.Smoking and electronic cigarettes/vaping are not allowed anywhere in the hotel and a fine of £150 is applicable should anybody be caught doing either on the premises.All valuables and cars left in our car park are left at owners' risk.Tampering with fire equipment is a criminal offence and subject to a £200 fine.Any damages to hotel property must be paid for.There is a charge of £25 for lost keys.All other general Terms & Conditions apply.
